Learn from Benjamin Zyons who is a 3x USA National Freediving Record Holder
DATE: OCTOBER 13, 6-8 pm
This 2 hour class will teach students:
-The fundamentals to comfortably hold your breath for over 3:00
-Increase your awareness of proper breathing & stress reduction
-Facilitate more confidence in and under the water: surfing, kitesurfing, spearfishing, swimming & snorkeling
-Impart in you the knowledge to continue training safely for breath hold times of 5:00-7:00+
Additional Information For The Class:
- This Class Has Limited Spaces Available. (12) Only Tickets Purchased In Advance Can Participate.
- Students should wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement/meditation and will need a Yoga Mat and single Towel or pillow.
- No prior experience is necessary and all levels of physical fitness are welcome to participate.
