DATE: OCTOBER 13, 6-8 pm

This 2 hour class will teach students:

-The fundamentals to comfortably hold your breath for over 3:00 
-Increase your awareness of proper breathing & stress reduction
-Facilitate more confidence in and under the water: surfing, kitesurfing, spearfishing, swimming & snorkeling
-Impart in you the knowledge to continue training safely for breath hold times of 5:00-7:00+

Additional Information For The Class:
  • This Class Has Limited Spaces Available. (12) Only Tickets Purchased In Advance Can Participate.
  • Students should wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement/meditation and will need a Yoga Mat and single Towel or pillow.
  • No prior experience is necessary and all levels of physical fitness are welcome to participate.

We work with surfboard shapers from around the country to provide quality and custom surfboards to the New England Community.
